TIME365 · CONNECTED TEAMS

Keep the right people informed.

Connect company announcements, employee requests and operational changes through targeted portal and mobile notifications.

Time365 routes notifications according to the event and the people involved: the employee, reviewer, manager or administrators. Portal notifications appear in the bell; mobile notifications use push and the app notification list. The channels for each workflow are shown below.

Choose a topic to see how it works

Company announcements

Publishing or updating an announcement notifies all active users company-wide, or selected departments and people. Channels: portal + mobile.

Attendance, shifts and schedules

Creating, editing or deleting an attendance record notifies the affected employee in the portal. Editing a shift notifies its assigned employees; editing a schedule template notifies members of departments using it. These events use the portal only.

Penalties and shift penalties

Creating, editing or deleting a penalty or shift penalty notifies the employee concerned. Channels: portal + mobile.

Leave requests and decisions

New and deleted requests notify reviewers; edits notify reviewers and the requester. Approval or rejection notifies the requester; reassignment notifies the requester and new reviewer. These use portal + mobile. Return-from-leave notifications reach reviewers on mobile only.

Permission requests

Creation notifies reviewers; edits also notify the requester. Approval or rejection notifies the requester, and reassignment also notifies the new reviewer. Channels: portal + mobile. Deletion notifies reviewers on mobile only.

Official permissions and work assignments

Channels: mobile only. New and deleted requests notify reviewers; edits notify reviewers and the requester. Approval or rejection notifies the requester. Reassignment notifies the requester and new reviewer.

Leave allocations and documents

Creating, editing or deleting a leave allocation notifies the affected employee. Uploading or deleting a document notifies the employees assigned to it. Channel: portal only.

Resignation workflow

Creating or deleting a request notifies reviewers in the portal; editing also notifies the employee there. Approval, rejection and reassignment notify the employee on portal + mobile; reassignment also notifies the new reviewer.

Devices, zones, departments and roles

Creating, editing or deleting beacons, NFC, QR, Wi-Fi, zones, departments, roles or terminals notifies all users with the Administrator role. Channel: portal only.

Employee assignment to terminals

Attaching employees to a terminal or detaching them notifies the affected employees in the portal.

User records and attendance exclusions

Creating a user notifies their configured managers in the portal. Editing a user notifies that employee on mobile. Deletion notifies administrators and the deleting user’s manager chain in the portal. Adding or removing an attendance exclusion notifies the affected employee on portal + mobile.

Forced notifications and punch reminders

Forced Notification and Forced Punch Notification are managed in Communication Center → Status Notification Configuration. Both use portal + mobile for all active users in the selected company or department scope.

Know where to look

Portal-only events do not create mobile notifications. Employees who use only the app should use the portal for those events. Creating or deleting shifts and schedule templates does not send assignment notifications. Email is not a delivery channel for the events listed here.
